Q. Is there assembly required?
A. Yes, Assembly is required on all of our products. Full instructions will be supplied with all orders and the step by step guide should always be followed. We have chosen easy assembly products for your own convenience.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept most Credit & Debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa & Laser.
Q. Are my Credit/Debit Card payments safe & secure?
A. Yes, Security is our highest priority and we have contracted Realex to look after all our online transactions. Realex have one of the highest security ratings on the internet and use 3D secure software to protect you the consumer.
Q. Can anyone purchase office furniture and office accessories from www.smallofficefurniture.ie?
A. Yes, Anyone can purchase from this site, weather you are a home user or corporate user a full VAT receipt will be issued with every purchase.
Q. When will I receive my delivery?
A. Orders placed before 11:00 mid-day (Monday – Friday) will be delivered within 4 working days. Orders placed outside these times to be processed and shipped on the following working day for delivery with in 4 working days. Order processing will be closed after 5pm Monday – Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays & Public Holidays. Due to traffic congestion and matters out of our hands deliveries may be delayed. Delivery time is from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Customers are requested to be available for the period to receive delivery. No weekend or bank holiday delivery service available.
Customers maybe contacted by delivery driver to ensure person is at delivery address. Missed Deliveries will be returned to Transport Warehouse (Nationwide Locations) for re delivery. All Seating is delivered by An Post Parcel Services, Undelivered packages will be returned to your local postal depot for collection. An Post will leave a note for missed deliveriers. Please Note: Repeat missed deliveries due to incorrect delivery information from the customer maybe charged additional transport costs.
Q. As a company, can I claim back my VAT with my orders?
A. For all customers with confirmed orders a VAT invoice will be sent automatically by email. Please note VAT can only be claimed back if you are registered for VAT with the Irish Revenue Commissioner.
Q. Can Large Orders Be Processed?
A. Yes, If you a corporate oganisation and wish to place a large order, please contact us directly and we can inform you how to process such orders. Contact can be made by email sales@smallofficefurniture.ie. Other payment options are available. Such as electronic bank transfer, cheque and bank draft. All payments must be cleared prior to release of goods.
